2. Account Registration
To buy or sell on tnestPlace, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration and keep it up to date.
3. Buyer Terms
As a buyer, you may browse and purchase digital products listed on tnestPlace. All sales are final unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy. You may use purchased products in accordance with the license terms specified on each product listing. You may not redistribute, resell, or share purchased products without explicit permission from the seller.
4. Seller Terms
As a seller, you are responsible for the quality, accuracy, and legality of the products you list. You must own or have the rights to sell any product you upload. You agree not to list products that infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights. tnestPlace reserves the right to remove any product that violates these terms. A commission fee applies to each sale as outlined in your seller agreement.
5. Prohibited Conduct
When using tnestPlace, you agree not to upload or distribute malicious, harmful, or illegal content, engage in fraudulent activity or misrepresent your products, spam other users or abuse the support and messaging systems, attempt to hack, exploit, or disrupt the platform or its users, or violate any applicable local, national, or international laws.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on tnestPlace — including the platform design, logo, and branding — is the property of tnestPlace and may not be used without permission. Sellers retain ownership of their products but grant tnestPlace a licence to display and promote them on the platform.
7. Payments and Commissions
tnestPlace supports payments via cards, cryptocurrency, and mobile money. All transactions are processed securely. Sellers receive their earnings minus the applicable platform commission. Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframe stated in the seller dashboard.
8. Refunds and Disputes
Due to the digital nature of products on tnestPlace, all purchases are generally non-refundable once downloaded. If you believe a product was misrepresented or is defective, you may raise a dispute through our support system. tnestPlace will review all disputes fairly and reserves the right to issue refunds at its discretion.
9. Limitation of Liability
tnestPlace provides its platform on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, tnestPlace shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
10. Termination
tnestPlace reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account that violates these Terms of Service, engages in fraudulent activity, or acts in a way that is harmful to other users or the platform.
